In the following days after the race, news of Scotty and Andy’s accomplishment has reached national news sources. We’ve been in discussions with larger news outlets including PEOPLE, Fox News, and Yahoo. The story has also been covered by CBS National News. On the national scale, PEOPLE Magazine was the first to reach out to SkEye Studios about incorporating our video footage into their article. You can find the article by following the link here: http://www.people.com/article/blind-army-veteran-scott-smiley-finishes-ironman-triathlon

Instead of merely throwing together a bunch of b-roll, we decided to take it a step further. Our editing team created this 2 minute trailer to accompany the article.

News of Scotty and Andy’s accomplishments in the Coeur d’Alene Ironman are to sure to draw even more media attention in the coming weeks, as well as in the coming months leading up to the release of the documentary on Veterans Day, November 11th.
